Acupuncture and Wholistic Therapies

Paintings by Christopher Low

In this painting of the Lake District I have tried to catch the afternoon light after a springtime shower in the Great Langdale Valley

I enjoy the way the light changes with changing weather on the North Norfolk coast. This particular spot captures the contrasting colours looking due north along an empty stretch of beach near Holkham.

This tranquil scene uses a wide range of green hues and is one of my earliest pictures. It was painted with poster colours entirely from my imagination.

A winter seascape and skyscape near Brancaster in Norfolk, caught in the late afternoon as the tide was running.

This picture began with a single horizontal line and went on from there!

I am a big fan of the Scottish Colourists, a small group of artists that included S J Peploe: this painting of the island of Iona is similar in style to one of his.
